What is Made to Measure or Custom Made Corset ?

Made-To-Measure corsets are constructed to fit each customer individually, They are made as per individual Natural measurement of Over bust, Bust at Fullest , Underbust , Waist & Hip for Overbust.

While for Underbust, Natural measurement of Under bust waist & hip is required. Made-To-Measure Corsets always involve variation in the drafting the pattern and manufacturing processes as individual requirements. A Made-To-Measure Corset will be more expensive than standard ready-to-wear Corsets.

 

Is there any advantages for Made to Measure Corset ?

As standard corset are made in bulk , They are made to fit a dummy or standard size. All Made to measure corsets are made as per individual natural measurement & are Guaranteed to Fit.

 

Which measurements are required for Made to Measure Corset ?

We need only 5 measurement for Overbust & 3 measurements for Under bust, that’s it. You have to select them from the dropdown as shown in the Made To Measure Corset Category

 

How long does it take to get it delivered at my Address ?

Need It hardly takes 5-7 days if you are Located in  UK  ( United Kingdom ). Mostly delivered within 5 days.

Can I gift a Made to Measure Corset to Friends, Relative or Someone Special ?

Yes this can be done , if you know their natural measurement as required & mention shipping as address as different than billing address if required.

Natural Measurement Required are

1. Natural Over the bust
2. Natural Bust at fullest
3. Natural Under bust
4. Natural Waist
5. Natural Hip

1. Upper Bust – You need to measure around your back and upper bust right at your underarms. (for overbust corsets)
2. Full Bust – This is your full bust. Measure across the nipple line. (for overbust corsets)
3. Under Bust – Measure right below your bust. This is at the bottom edge of your bra.
4. Waist – Measure your natural waist line. This is not necessarily where your pants or skirts sit. Bend from side to side, locate crease. Tie string or ribbon around waist as reference, snuggly but not tight, measure string or ribbon.
5. Hip – Measure the circumference around the first fullness under the waist. This is usually around the top of the hip bone.

(For longer corsets Full Hip – This measurement is the fullest part of the hips, it is fairly low down.)
