You Just Need to ready with your natural measurement of Ā 1. Over the bust , 2. Bust at Fullest, 3. Under Bust, 4. Waist, 5. Hip as mentioned in the below pics.

UpperĀ BustĀ ā You need to measure around your back and upperĀ bustĀ right at your underarms. (forĀ overbustĀ corsets)

FullĀ BustĀ ā This is your fullĀ bust. Measure across the nipple line. (forĀ overbust corsets)

UnderĀ BustĀ ā Measure right below yourĀ bust. This is at the bottom edge of your bra.

WaistĀ ā Measure your naturalĀ waistĀ line. This is not necessarily where your pants or skirts sit. Bend from side to side, locate crease. Tie string or ribbon aroundĀ waistĀ as reference, snuggly but not tight, measure string or ribbon.

Hip ā Measure the circumference around the first fullnessĀ underĀ theĀ waist. This is usually around the top of the hip bone.

What is Made to Measure or Custom Made Corset ?
Made-To-Measure corsets are constructed to fit each customer individually, They are made as per individual Natural measurement of Over bust, Bust at Fullest , Underbust , Waist & Hip for Overbust.
While for Underbust, Natural measurement of Under bust, waist & hip is required. Made-To-Measure Corsets always involve variation in the drafting the pattern and manufacturing processes as individual requirements. A Made-To-Measure Corset will be more expensive than standard ready-to-wear Corsets.
